Chain Reaction ~ Sasuke Ninja Warrior

The Chain Reaction (チェーンリアクション) is the first obstacle of the Second Stage from SASUKE 7 to SASUKE 17. It consisted of two perpendicular zip-lines. Each zip-line has a chain hanging from it by a single point. Competitors must grasp the chain on the first zip-line, ride down a 9.5 meter-long track and switch to the next chain in midair. Once on the second chain, the competitors must kick off a wall to travel along the second track (7.5 meters long) to a landing platform at the end. Competitors are required to wear gloves (for safety reasons) when holding the chains, which they must discard prior to reaching the Spider Walk. After Nagano Makoto's kanzenseiha, it was replaced with the Downhill Jump.
